Anne W. Burrell was TV personality and ex-chef of the Institute of Culinary Education and previously taught cooking. The host of The Food Network show Secrets of a Restaurant Chef as well as co-host of Worst Cooks in America. Anne Burrell, in her Food Network Series Secrets of a Restaurant Cook she demonstrates easy-to-master techniques, as well as her famous blonde spiky locks. Chef Burrell had a job at the top New York restaurants and studied Italian food traditions and landscape. Additionally, she competed in Food Network's Iron Chef America. While growing up in the upstate New York area, Chef Burrell developed a passion for cooking and food from the age of a child. After receiving an English and Communication degree from Canisius College in Buffalo NY she started to pursue her passion for the world of food and restaurant management by enrolled in The Culinary Institute of America.
