Noureen deWulf

Noureen DeWulf (nee Ahmed) is an American actress. Her film credits include West Bank Story (2005) and Ghosts of Girlfriends Past (2008). She also starred in The Back-up Plan (2010). In addition, she played Lacey on the sitcom Anger Management (2012 until 2014). DeWulf was born Noureen Ahmed in New York City to Gujarati Indian parents who were from Pune, Maharashtra, India and grew up in Stone Mountain, Georgia. She was raised Nizari Ismaili Muslim. She is the mother of two. Aziza is her older sister is a Boston-based professor of law at Northeastern University. Sara her younger sister is a lawyer in San Francisco. DeWulf studied theatre and international relations at Boston University's School for the Arts. After graduation, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting. She speaks Hindi, Urdu, Gujarati and other languages. Her acting career started in the Academy Award-winning film West Bank Story. There she was Fatima (a Palestinian cashier who sings and dances) and falls in love with an Israeli soldier. She has been working in comedic television series and films ever since. She played recurring roles on NBC's Outsourced as well as TNT's Hawthorne between 2009 and 2011. DeWulf also appeared in Maneater, a Lifetime miniseries. She starred alongside Matthew McConaughey's romantic comedy Ghosts of Girlfriends Past (2009) and Jeremy Piven in The Goods : Live Hard and Sell Hard (2009).
